Our Deep Cleaning Checklist
All Rooms and Common Areas
- Full Dusting - Dry Dust
- Damp Dusting - Wiping Down all Surfaces (Tabletops, Desks, Dressers, etc).
- Polish Wood Furniture
- Vacuum All Carpet.
- Mop All Hard Surface Flooring
- Clean All Interior Window Glass and Mirrors, Streak Free
- Hand Wash Interior Window Ledges, Window Frames
- Wipe Down / Disinfect All Baseboards and High Touch Areas Including: Door Frames, Door Knobs, Switch Plates, Light Switches
- Detail Clean (In Place, Not Disassembled) Reachable Ceiling Fans and Light Fixtures, as needed. *Please note: Chandeliers and other delicate or specialty fixtures are not included, we recommend a professional chandelier cleaning service for this.
- Empty Trash and Replace Bags in Bathrooms, Kitchen and any other areas
Kitchen - Additional Tasks to Be Completed in Addition to Above :
- Clean and Sanitize Kitchen Countertops, Backsplash, Tile, Sink
- Clean and Sanitize Exterior Kitchen Cabinets
- Cleaning of Interior and Exterior Microwave Oven
- Clean and Polish Exterior of Range Hood, Range/Stove Top, Refrigerator, Dishwasher
- Wipe Down Dining Area Table Tops
Bathrooms - Additional Tasks to Be Completed in Addition to Above :
- Hand Wash and Sanitize Exterior Cabinets, Vanities and Countertops
- Soap Dish and/or Toothbrush Holder Cleaned
- Hand Wash and Sanitize Tile and Backsplash
- Tubs and Showers Cleaned and Sanitized
- Toilets Cleaned and Sanitized Inside and Out
- Wall Space Behind Toilet Cleaned of any scuff marks and debris, as needed
- Disinfect and Polish Taps
- Towel Bars Wiped Clean
- Includes attention to hard water marks, calcium buildup, lime, and similar buildup/residues to improve overall appearance.
