Our Move-In/Out Cleaning Checklist
All Rooms and Common Areas
- Full Dusting
- Vacuum All Carpet
- Mop All Hard Surface Flooring
- Clean All Window Glass, Streak Free
- Hand Wash Interior Window Ledges, Sills and Frames
- Hand Wash All Baseboards
- Clean and Sanitize All Door Frames, Door Knobs, Interior Doors, Light Switches and Switchplates
- Detail Clean (In Place, Not Disassembled) Reachable Ceiling Fans and Light Fixtures, as needed. *Please note: Chandeliers and other delicate or specialty fixtures are not included, we recommend a professional chandelier cleaning service for this.
- Clean and Sanitize Interior Closets and Shelving (Must be Empty of Personal Belongings to complete this task).
Kitchen - Additional Tasks to Be Completed in Addition to Above :
- Clean and Sanitize Exterior of Kitchen Cabinets and Drawers
- Wash and Sanitize Kitchen Countertops, Backsplash, Tile, Sink
- Polish Taps / Faucets
- Clean Stove, Exterior of Stove/Oven and Hood
- Clean Interior and Exterior of Microwave Oven
- Clean Exterior of all Appliances including: Dishwasher, Refrigerator, etc.
- Cleaning of Grease Filter Above Stove
- Optional Add-Ons Available: Interior Refrigerator, Interior Oven Cleaning, Interior Cabinets and Drawers Cleaned/Sanitized
Bathrooms - Additional Tasks To Be Completed in Addition to Above:
- Clean and Sanitize Exterior of Bathroom Cabinets and Drawers
- Clean and Sanitize All Wall Tile and Backsplash
- Tubs and Showers Cleaned and Sanitized, Inside and Out
- Toilets Cleaned and Sanitized, Inside and Out
- Wall Area Behind Toilet Cleaned and Sanitized
- Clean and Sanitize Towel Bars
- Disinfect and Polish Taps / Faucets
